今天上午，我们自由活动， 自己在外面到处走走，我们穿过了一个很大的出售中药材的批发市场。然后又走到一个宠物街，出售各种各样的动物。安娜和莉娅最喜欢这一部分了。有很多的小狗，小猫，鱼 还有小鸭，小鸡，鸟，兔子，松鼠，公鸡，海龟和蝾螈及一些海洋生物。午饭后，向导先是把我们带到了一个巨大的珠宝批发市场，据说全国各地都到这儿批发珠宝。我们买了几块玉坠儿。然后我们来到美国领事馆，领取安娜的签证及宣誓仪式。一个领管官员领着我们所有人宣誓，声明我们所提供信息是真实的。今天共有36个收养家庭，很多家庭都已多次在中国收养。有一个家庭已经是第四次收养了，所有家庭都为他们报以热烈的掌声。我们是唯一的中国人家庭。美领事馆不让照相，所以这一切无法用照片记录。今天是我们行程的最后一天。我们的飞机明天中午12时35分起飞。
Today we wandered around by ourselves in the morning. We passed a street where they sold Chinese herbs and plants for medicine. We kept walking and ended up on a street where they sold animals. Anna and Leah really liked that part. There were a lot of puppies, kittens, and fish. They also had ducklings, chicks, birds, bunnies, squirrels, roosters, turtles, salamanders, and some sea creatures. We met our guide after lunch, and he first took us to a huge marketplace where we bought several pieces of jade. We then went to the US consulate for Anna's oath ceremony. A consulate official spoke to us all and had us swear that the information that we had provided was true. There were 36 adoptive families there, and a lot of them have adopted multiple times in China. One family has adopted 4 times and we all gave them a big applause. Today is our last day in China. We fly out at 12:35 p.m. tomorrow.
